Before I discovered mediation many decades ago, I held onto past traumas, which manifested as anger, resentment, and strained relationships. I felt like life happened to me. This mindset magnified struggles and cast a shadow over my joy. Since then, my life has been turned upside down in the best possible way. I have seen firsthand that happiness and peace are possible, and I'm grateful to guide others to this realization.

 

Meditation can help you steady yourself so that you can stand strong in the face of challenges. Developing a practice doesn’t have to be intimidating. By finding which traditions resonate most deeply in your heart, you can build habits that are comfortable, attainable, and life-changing.

Individual & Group Coaching

There is beauty all around us, but our lens for looking at our world may need cleaning. Through group or individual coaching sessions, you can cultivate a practice designed to align with your specific needs and goals. You will build a strong foundation of posture and breath, progressing to more advanced meditations to encourage kindness, appreciation, compassion, and clarity. Both new and seasoned practitioners will benefit from the opportunity to explore techniques like mindful awareness practices, mantras, centering prayer, and more.

Mindful Living Programs

You can help shape the structure and focus of a heart-centered mindful living program supporting holistic wellness to sustain you on your spiritual journey. You might choose to focus on bolstering overall health and wellbeing, managing stress, or learning new approaches to mindfulness. Whatever you decide, we’ll explore techniques like breathwork, meditation, visualization, and music to help you navigate life with greater awareness and happiness. These offerings can be structured as a single-session workshop or a multi-session series.

Mindful By Nature

Nature speaks to us if we listen. As a Kripalu trained and certified Mindful Outdoor Guide, I help people experience the many benefits of immersion in the natural world. Whether we venture out into your backyard or a more expansive outdoor environment, you’ll learn to practice attention, intention, and listening within. Programs available for individuals and groups.
