Mindful Living for Aging Adults

Transform your life with deep self-care.

After years of caring for others—your kids, your partner, your community—turning outward may feel comfortable while turning that care inward can seem unfamiliar. If you are struggling to find the path to self-acceptance and a life more full of happiness, gratitude, and ease, mindfulness meditation can help.

Using breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices, I guide aging adults to live more fully in the present moment. You'll nurture a positive mindset, find ways to release tension and anxiety, gather techniques for improved sleep and clearer memory, and learn to cultivate deep joy in your life.

Mindful Living for Aging Adults

This Mindful Living series is offered virtually and at senior centers across Massachusetts. At each weekly session, I introduce a combination of mindful awareness practices, breathing techniques, meditations, and more. Participants develop their mindful meditation practice while experiencing the added benefit of building a heart-centered community with others.

 Loving Kindness

Since 2017, Lisa has been leading our Mindful Living and Meditation program at the Callahan Center (the City of Framingham’s Senior Center.) We started this program as a pilot and were pleased to see the immediate interest in and growth of this class…with credit due to Lisa’s leadership. She is a knowledgeable and experienced instructor, but moreover is kind and supportive. She easily connects with those in her class and has developed a loyal following. Lisa continuously shares new ideas and insights, enriching the program – and lives – of those who have the pleasure to know her.
